logo has produced beautiful daughters, a featurette length documentary (46 min.) about the first all transgender/transsexual woman production of the vagina monologues. it's inspiring and any of you all out there who find yourselves saying lgbt to be inclusive, remember to spend time thinking about the t part. this documentary can be part of that. view beautiful daughters at logo online for free now. it's also currently on netflix streaming if you've got a membership. and it's not just a view of the final finished product. it's about the process. props to jane fonda for her support of the production.

this is worth quoting because it makes fun of a celeb i despise

so macy's had previously announced that the entire cast of glee would be performing in the macy's thanksgiving day parade. aside: i swear i'll get into glee but it just is so ally mcbeal season 5 desperate and i'd rather hear the buzz famous ps22 chorus sing don't stop believin' anyhow [below]. but then nbc, which broadcasts the parade, asked macy's to pull the cast of glee out of the parade because it amounted to total promotion of a show on a competing network. aside: thanksgiving is a disturbing holiday based on colonialism plus i'm a vegetarian and macy's thanksgiving day parades are all about the tacky lipsyncing anyhow but still. so nbc said it would amount to too much direct promotion of glee, even though in the past they've had performers from shows from rival networks like american idol and high school musical.

so glee creator ryan murphy said he gets why nbc asked macy's to pull glee from the parade and added a diss of the celeb i despise: "i completely understand nbc's position and look forward to seeing a jay leno float." suh-nappp.

p.s. before the ps22 vid: feel free to boycott macy's for caving to nbc if you are a diehard glee fan, though it would be the least politically significant boycott ever. oh wait, except that boycott of married with children.
